Backtagging: Yes please I am not the fastest tagger so backtagging is not only welcome but completely encouraged.
Threadhopping: Ask if you're unsure, but on the whole I'm okay with it!
Fourthwalling: Should be fine if it's appropriate.
Offensive subjects (elaborate): Nothing really that I can think of!

Hugging this character: Go for it, he might be a little weirded out by it without a lot of buildup or something, but don't let that stop you.
Kissing this character: Pretty much the same as above.
Flirting with this character: And again. :V Though unless there's proper development he's more likely to try and deflect it than get awkward about it.
Fighting with this character: Oh yeah buddy let's go for it. He'll only fight back if it seems like the best option, but his powers are probably something you'll want to check out OOCly if you feel the need to scuffle with Nice.
Injuring this character (include limits and severity): Go for it. I'm pretty much down for most things, but if we're talking about major injuries, run it past me first to let me know, and we can work something out!
Killing this character: Again, run it by me, and I'll likely give you the go-ahead.
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: Yeah go ahead. His mind is likely a pretty tangled mess of thoughts, though! He's a smart guy with lots on his mind at any given point, so while he has no supernatural defense against mind reading, it probably won't be very simple to figure his thoughts out.
